Resilience Test

In 15 minutes you will find out how you really are.

What is resilience?

Resilience is the ability to keep functioning, and to recover, when life gets hard: under stress, pressure, sudden change or an unexpected situation. It is not about being unshakable. It is about how well you and the people around you cope.

Tested worldwide

An international project, not just a Czech one

The same resilience test has been run on national samples in 9 countries across Europe, the Middle East and North America. That is why your result can be placed next to people in Sweden, Israel or the United States.

Scores are national averages of the overall resilience score, taken from the SOLVO research samples and used as reference values.
